It was a meaningful afternoon with the Asian Pacific Alliance (APA), with our employee resource group bringing colleagues together for a powerful conversation on leadership, resilience, and emotional intelligence.From candid panel discussions to interactive reflection, the event reinforced a simple truth: how we lead is deeply shaped by who we are and what we’ve experienced.

As Memorial Day approaches, we reflect on and honor the brave service members who made the ultimate sacrifice.

This week, our Operation VET Employee Resource Group honored their legacy by setting up Fallen Comrade Tables at our office locations across California.

Rooted in a powerful military tradition, the Fallen Comrade Table serves as a solemn reminder of those who are no longer with us—and a symbol that they are not forgotten. Employees took time to visit the tables, reflect, and pay their respects, and many also created their own tables at home and in their communities.
