Due to changes implemented by Nationwide that are not conducive to the interests of agencies or our clients, we have made the decision to terminate our partnership. The substantial rate increases and arbitrary deductible changes from $1,000 to 1% are significant concerns. Furthermore, Nationwide has altered the agent's responsibility, implying that 'acts of God' are within our control and fault. We have established an agreement with Liberty Mutual (Safeco) to transition affected clients and will also shop all the policies to ensure the best value for our clients.
