Christmas & New Year’s Holiday Hours

Christmas Hours
We will be closing at 1:00 pm on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, 12/24/25, and will be closed through 12/28/25, in observance of the Christmas holiday.

We will re-open again on Monday, 12/29/25, at 9:00 am.

New Year’s Hours
We will be closing at 1:00 pm on New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, 12/31/25, and remain closed through New Year's day.

We will re-open again on Friday, 01/02/25, at 9:00 am.

IMPORTANT BILLING NOTICE

Due to the Erie outage* (06/07/25 to 06/26/25) automatic withdrawals were NOT drafted between 06/07/2025 through 07/06/25. Debit withdrawal will resume on 07/07/25.

This means that if Erie did not take out your June payment (between 06/07/25 through 07/06/25), you will owe a double payment in July or August (depending on your debit date).

If your withdrawal date was prior to 07/07/25, you may owe the June, July, and August payments in August.

You can avoid double (and triple) payment drafts by making a manual payment on your policy at least 10-days prior to your debit date.

Where can I make my manual payment?

There are several options to making your payment.

1. Erieinsurance.com (bottom of the page—click on “Pay a bill”)
2. Erie’s 800 number: 1.800.458.0811
3. Through the Erie app
4. Mail check payments (include policy number on check) to:

5. Call your agent

If you haven’t received a bill…

This is because all activity was stopped during the Erie outage. Invoice activity resumed at Erie on 06/22/25. Therefore, you may not have received your June bill but will be receiving a bill in July with your June and July payment amounts together on one bill.

Debit withdrawal notices will be mailed 12-15 days ahead of your next scheduled withdrawal date.

If you need to hold a withdrawal …

Contact Erie Insurance directly at 1-800-458-0811 at least 3 full business days prior to the withdrawal date.

Will late fees apply due to Erie’s system network outage?

Late fees will NOT apply during the system network outage though 07/24/25. Late fees assessed prior to 07/07/25 will appear on the invoice. All other fees apply.

Assessment of late fees will resume on 07/25/25.

We are making consistent progress toward resuming normal operations and have safely and securely reconnected key business systems and applications, including online account access for customers.
