One thing to work on is addressing every buyer in every communication, as I was left off of a couple emails or merely copied on emails my co-buyer was addressed on. It's a sensitive subject for a lot of people, even if it's just a honest oversight with no ill intentions. This is the only opportunity for development I saw!
Overall an excellent experience and we would love to work with Brendan in the future!
