Requirements:

Required (18 years of age)

No current felonies less 5 yrs

Computer literacy is mandatory

Verbal and written communication skills are essential

Meet daily quota (discussed during interview/training)

Able to pass a hair sample drug test

Valid Driver License required

Business professional attire daily no exceptions

Well-groomed and hygienic

Ability to speak proper grammatical English

Your responsibilities will be to:

Make outbound calls to potential clients & agents

Placement of Insurance Policies

Growth of Licensed Insurance Agents

Be client-focused

Must be innovative and creative

Willing to execute and have a growth mindset

I've been on a both sides of money.

Refusing to feel helpless and blaming no one else but yourself will make a broke financial situation temporary.

Feeling that someone owes you something, constantly looking for a shortcut will slip that broke situation into accepting that it's a way a life.

That it's normal to not ever have money and enjoy the best of what life has to offer.

This is poor. It's an attitude and sad condition of the spirit that one finds themselves in.

Worse, is that your children will inherit this condition of being poor as their standard.

The answer for either situation - broke vs poor - is a DECISION followed by ACTION.

You deserve better and you know it.

It’s our mission to educate as many as we would listen to properly preparing for the unexpected. There are way too many people living too long (without a financial plan), dying too soon (without proper coverage or underinsured) & people are getting sick (with no financial stability), or have no idea their other options you can place your money that can build up for retirement.

Are you covered outside of your job coverage?? (Something I learned the hard way) Do you have enough coverage?? Do your policy have living benefits you can utilize while living if you became unable to do your job due to a terminal illness or disease.....cancer, stroke, diabetes, kidney failure etc??
