Enrichment Federal Credit Union

Call Directions Website

Enrichment Federal Credit Union Enrichment is built on the core value of people helping people. Today, Enrichment is a community credit union.

Anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Anderson, Blount, Claiborne, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Scott and Union Counties is eligible to join Enrichment FCU and take advantage of the financial savings and exceptional service. A credit union is a different type of financial institution. You’re not a customer here; you’re a member, a part owner of this not-for-profit financial cooperative. Credit union financial services save you money because earnings are returned to all member/owners in the form of higher dividends, lower loan rates and few, if any fees.

🚨 FIGHT FRAUD FRIDAY | Don’t Click. Don’t Call.

A warning suddenly pops up on your computer or phone saying your device has been compromised and you need to call a number immediately. It looks official, so you call. That’s exactly what the scammer wants.

Fraudsters use fake security alerts to convince you to call them, download software or give them remote access to your device. Once they’re in, they may be able to access personal information — including your Online Banking.

🔴 Don’t call the number on a suspicious pop-up.

🔴 Don’t download software or allow remote access.

🔴 Don’t provide Online Banking credentials or security codes.

🔴 Close the window or browser and contact a trusted source directly if you’re concerned.

Remember: A scary message demanding immediate action is designed to make you react before you think.
