There are few people whose impact can be felt across an entire region quite like Dolly Parton. ❤️🦋

For East Tennessee, Dolly was more than an entertainer—she was one of our own. Through her generosity and love for others, she brought hope and comfort during difficult times, opened doors for children through literacy and education, supported healthcare in our communities, and never forgot the place she called home.

The Tennessee and Mississippi Credit Union Association recently asked credit unions to share how Dolly impacted their organizations and communities. We were honored to share a piece of Enrichment Federal Credit Union’s story and how her example has inspired our commitment to serving East Tennessee.

Before you help, stop and verify.
Scammers frequently take over social media accounts and impersonate trusted friends and family members.

🦋 Honoring a Tennessee Treasure

Today, East Tennessee — and the world — mourns the loss of Dolly Parton.

Dolly gave us far more than a lifetime of music. She showed us what it means to remember where you came from, to care deeply for your neighbors and, above all, to invest in the lives of children.

At Enrichment Federal Credit Union, we are especially grateful to play a small part in carrying that legacy forward through our support of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital — two missions rooted in giving children the opportunity to learn, dream, heal and thrive.

Her Imagination Library began right here in East Tennessee and grew into a worldwide movement placing books into the hands of millions of children. Her commitment to children and families continues through the hospital that now proudly carries her name.

Dolly once dreamed of making life a little brighter for the people around her. What a beautiful responsibility it is for all of us to keep that dream going.

From all of us at Enrichment, we extend our deepest condolences to Dolly’s family, friends and the countless people whose lives she touched.

Her songs will live on. Her generosity will live on. And her legacy of loving and giving back to East Tennessee will live on for generations. ❤️
