🚑 The Ronald McDonald House Mobile Care Unit is Coming to the Library!

📅 Tuesday, August 11th
🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The Ronald McDonald House Mobile Care Unit will be at the library providing FREE healthcare services for children ages 2–18 who have Medicaid or are uninsured ONLY!

Services include:
🩺 Physicals
🏃 Sports Physicals
💉 Vaccines*

Please Note:
• Services are available only for children with Medicaid or no insurance. Unfortunately, patients with private insurance cannot be seen.
• Children ages 2–3 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• There's a limited amount of time slots which are 20 as appointments are every 20 minutes and the medical Staff have a lunch break.

📝 Consent forms are available now at the library in English and Spanish.

A parent or guardian MUST complete and sign the consent forms. The library will submit all completed forms including required *vaccine records to the Ronald McDonald House Mobile Care Unit 7 days before the event.

Don't wait until the last minute and stop by the library to pick up your forms today so Staff can enter your child into the Scheduling Template.
