Thankfully my closing "Just Sold" post doesn't matter to get clients top dollar (it's already done!)....but I can promise that educating the younger generation about The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (see post) was the best use of my limited time. 🧙‍♂️🧝

Happy Fourth of July! Today, we celebrate 250 years of American independence. A milestone that honors the courage, resilience, and vision of those who came before us. It's also a time to appreciate the communities we call home, the neighbors who make them special, and the freedoms that allow us to build lives filled with opportunity. Whether you're spending the day at a parade, gathering with loved ones, enjoying a backyard barbecue, or watching fireworks light up the night sky, we hope your day is filled with joy, gratitude, and lasting memories. Happy Independence Day, and here's to 250 years of home, community, and the American spirit.

Today, we honor Juneteenth aka Freedom Day.
Today is a powerful reminder of resilience, progress, and the continued pursuit of equality. On June 19, 1865, enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas were finally informed of their freedom nearly two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. Juneteenth commemorates this profound moment in history and invites us to reflect, recognize, and celebrate the strength in equality. Always continue to listen, learn, and grow together.
