At Good Deeds ROC, we believe kindness starts with everyday people — and Charles Cic Williams is someone truly leading by
example in Rochester.
Charles is driven by a deep love for his community and a desire to be the kind of leader he wished he had growing up.

One moment that truly stayed with him came during a turkey giveaway he organized in Rochester. Despite a busy
schedule and being out of town, he showed up — and it made all the difference.
“One person told me if it wasn’t for the giveaway, her family wouldn’t have had turkey that year… that made me realize
how much people really look forward to events like this.”
That experience strengthened his commitment to continue giving back and showing up for the community.
