Last month’s State of the Company (SOC) meeting at PBA was a great reminder of the strength and momentum of our team. The meeting reinforced the importance of PBA's core values in providing exceptional benefit administration. A special congratulations went out to employees recognized for exemplifying those values. Additionally, we were excited to welcome Chad Brake, our new Vice President of Operations, along with 10 additional new hires. Steve Walter, Kim Treglio, and Holly Bulthuis recently represented PBA at the Leavitt Great West Employee Benefits Symposium in Billings, Montana. The team described the experience as both educational and inspiring, noting that presentations from industry thought leaders, including Marilyn Bartlett and Mike Ferguson, provided valuable insights. They also gained a deeper understanding of artificial intelligence and effective strategies for recruiting, retaining, and engaging Gen Z employees. In addition to the educational sessions, Steve, Kim, and Holly appreciated the opportunity to connect with industry peers and partners. Reflecting on the event, Kim shared, “The Leavitt team has surrounded themselves with amazing partners focused on service, support, and cost containment. Their clients are truly in capable hands, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.”
