With a casual, informal agenda, these meetings are design

ed to allow everyone the opportunity to ask questions, network and walk away with some new knowledge. The meeting will run from 6:00-10 pm with networking, great food, and drinks. The first meeting is free and after that there is a $25 charge that must be paid when individuals RSVP. We also have an annual membership available for $150.

Another great Buyers Club meeting in the books.

A huge thank you to Payton Gillis with Tax Game Plan for speaking to our investors about tax strategies for real estate. He shared valuable insight on depreciation, cost segregation, entity structure, and proactive planning so investors can make smarter decisions and keep more of what they earn.

The room was full of great conversations, strong networking, trusted vendors, Buyers Board deals, and a community of investors ready to grow.

1) The STR Curious - Owns 3 rentals, never considered Airbnb, suddenly very interested in "that Branson cash flow"

2) The Tax Advantage Hunter - Has searched "STR loophole" 47 times this month, brings a highlighter to presentations

3) The Out-of-State Skeptic - "How do you manage Oregon from St. Louis?" (Valid question. Chris will answer it.)

4) The Career Changer - Currently at a job they tolerate, taking notes like their life depends on it (because maybe it does)

5) The Serial Networker - Already knows 12 STR property managers, still shows up because good intel is good intel

Real talk: I used to be #4.
