The Role:
You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Schedule: 4/10 schedule (includes some Saturdays)
Job Type: Full-time, In-person
Location: Hillsboro, MO 63050
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems (including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C).
Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with company standards.
Record repairs accurately within dealer-supplied systems.
Maintain an orderly and clean work area at all times.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
Experience: 2+ years of automotive repair experience (Required).
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and knowledge in all aspects of auto repair and maintenance.
Tools: Must have your own tools.
Traits: Fast learner, team player, and the ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
