One of my favorite moments today was when a customer stopped by and brought cookies specifically for our Service Department as a thank you for helping her through her claim process!!

Moments like that mean a lot because they remind us that what we do every day truly makes a difference.

I want to recognize the foundation of our agency…. Kam, Georgia, and Tori. Kam and Georgia are the voices and faces our customers often interact with when they need help. Whether it’s a claim, billing question, policy change, or simply guidance during a stressful situation, they consistently show patience, compassion, and a commitment to taking care of people.

And while customers may not always see her, Tori works tirelessly behind the scenes to support our team and help ensure everything runs smoothly!

I couldn’t be more grateful for Kam, Georgia, and Tori. They are a huge part of what makes our agency special, and our customers are better because of them.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. From all of us at Jordan Colbert State Farm, thank you to those who served and gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Another school year officially in the books!!

To all the teachers, staff, bus drivers, and parents… you made it.
To the kids… congrats on 3 straight months of asking for snacks every 14 minutes!

Friday night was one for the books!!!!!⚾️😂

One of the Christmas gifts my team gave me and my family this year was tickets to a St. Louis Cardinals game this past Friday, and it ended up being such a fun night! Also, CJ and his fiancé Kayley came with us, and we got to celebrate some huge milestones for him too 👏

The Cards got the win, CJ got roasted ALL night for being a Kansas City Royals fan, and apparently Cardinals fans have now introduced the “tarps off” movement because shirts were disappearing everywhere 😂 Now it’s pouring rain today and all I can think is… alright everyone… “TARPS ON” ☔️🤣

Really grateful for a team that goes above and beyond. Moments like this mean a lot to me and my family!

Today was officially Dip Day Friday at the office and honestly… it may have been one of the most competitive team events we’ve had yet. 😂

Buffalo chicken dip, spinach dip, taco dip, sweet dips… the lineup looked less like an office and more like the Super Bowl pregame. Productivity definitely took a hit somewhere around the third plate, but morale was at an all-time high!! 😂😂
