Tri & Tri Again! I completed my second Triathlon on Sunday returning to the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. I completed the 2021 Escape when the water was a warmer 62 degrees, the water was only 56 degrees this time but the swim was much shorter this time due to the 4 knot current. I felt strong on the bike and it seemed like I passed 100 people, but due to tight calf muscles my run lagged and I must have been passed by 150-200 people! They passed me like I was standing still, very disrespectful... Why am I telling you this? Because I have insurance markets for your real estate transactions and for those you know that are facing non-renewals or now have clunky coverage. Let's talk!
