This hit home today. I had a borrower reach out, and we weren't able to get them pre-approved. Of course, they were disappointed. But I put together a 12-month plan so while they rent for one more year, they are working to put themselves in the best position possible to be able to buy.

Buying a house is a big step and sometimes we need to create a bunch of little steps to get you there.
