It’s time for Movin’ Up Monday! This week, we congratulate Kim Bean on her promotion to Personal Banker at NSB’s Kennebunk branch! Kim has a fascinating background, having served as a licensed cosmetologist for 15 years before entering the world of banking where she has served in multiple roles at NSB. She knew that Personal Banker was perfect for her because she loves working with people!

“It’s what I’ve done for 30 years now, and I love being able to make a difference. I knew in this role I could learn more skills and have a larger impact on what I do within the bank and for our customers. I’m looking forward to getting to know the customer base in Kennebunk and be there for them and the team in whatever way I can.”

From cleaning stalls and garden beds to digging up roots on the trails, a group of Norway Savings team members spent a day at Riding To The Top Therapeutic Riding Center (RTT) in Windham recently, giving back to an organization that has given support, healing, and hope to children and adults with disabilities since 1993. RTT is a non-profit dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of those it serves through equine-assisted services, including therapeutic riding, therapeutic carriage driving, equine-assisted learning, and hippotherapy. During the visit, the NSB team also delivered a check for $5,000 to Riding to The Top in gratitude for its incredible impact! Enter your photo in the Norway Savings Bank Scenic Photo Contest for a chance to win $250 and have it included in the NSB 2027 desk calendar! The contest, which runs through Friday, June 5, is open to all individuals 18 or older and there is no purchase necessary to enter. Each participant can submit up to four entries.
