ACA NEWS👇

Right now, many working Mainers get help paying for their health insurance through the Marketplace. That help keeps monthly premiums affordable.

The House just voted to keep that help in place, but the Senate still has to agree. Until then, nothing is guaranteed.

If these subsidies go away, many people could see monthly premiums jump or be forced into plans with higher deductibles.

This matters most if you’re self-employed, a small business owner, working part-time, or buying your own coverage.
