We’re celebrating one year of having Erica on our team! With 10 years of State Farm experience, she brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and is a trusted resource for both our customers and team.

Erica works remotely from another location in Iowa, but that doesn’t stop her from being a huge part of what makes our office great. She’s married, a proud mom of two boys, and loves spending time outdoors with her family and their dog! We are so lucky to have her on our team!

Meet Hilery – A Key Part of Our Team (Even from Afar!)

We’ve introduced a few new faces lately, but one incredible team member has been with us for a while and absolutely deserves her moment in the spotlight!

Hilery joined us about 2 and half years ago and now works remotely from her home in Nashville, where she balances life as a dedicated customer service rep, a wife, and a busy mom of three. After 18 years living in Iowa their family made the move to Nashville and we are so glad she agreed to stay on remotely!

With a natural gift for helping others, Hilery brings warmth, professionalism, and patience to every interaction. When she’s not supporting our customers, she enjoys reading, doing Pilates, and taking long walks through her neighborhood.

If you’ve called or emailed us, chances are you’ve already experienced her kindness firsthand. We’re lucky to have her as part of our team!

Although she’s been with us for a couple of months now, we wanted to officially introduce our amazing customer care representative! She’s been doing a fantastic job helping our customers feel welcome and keeping things running smoothly.

Meg moved to our area from Wisconsin about 3 years ago, is married with two wonderful kids, and brings a wealth of experience from her background in healthcare. We’re so lucky to have her on the team!

We’re a little late on this one—but better late than never!
We’re excited to officially welcome Derek to the team! He’s been with us for 6 months now, and in that time he’s already become a huge asset—helping customers, supporting the team, and bringing great energy to the office every day.

Derek grew up in Spencer, IA and spent the last 10 years of his career with Fareway in South Dakota, Iowa and Missouri before making the jump to our office. When he’s not working, you can probably find him golfing, cheering on the Packers or spending time with his girlfriend Bri.

We’re lucky to have him, and we’re excited for what’s ahead! If you are unhappy with your current rates or just want to see if another company can do a little better give Derek a call!
