WHAT A RIDE! This transitions was one of those that required jumping through hoops. Our buyers were selling their home to purchase a new one, but at the last second the buyers on their sale backed out. We quickly needed to restructure to a conventional loan in which I helped our clients raise their credit score to ensure better rate pricing, THEN, rates only got worse. 🫠 FINALLY, we found a way to get back to an FHA loan at the last second and still qualify. Most people dont see how much work goes into making a transaction work, but staying positive and thinking creatively ensures you’ll get the outcome you want. Congrats to our clients who when through so much to get to this point. It wasn’t pretty at all, but we MADE IT! 💯
Outstanding job by Veronica and Carolina! Not only did they beat out multiple offers, they also secured this home at the perfect purchase price for our clients. They were able to secure a $6,500 seller credit on top if it. The best part though - when the sellers cancelled escrow, they manage to keep the $25,000 deposit the buyers submitted. WHAT A WIN. 🔥 For all the headaches are clients went though that was a small silver lining in it all. 💯
