According to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, August 2022 resulted in a total of 4,221 closed home sales for the 11 county Denver Metro Area. Although this number is lower from August of 2021, the reality is, there was still more than 4,000 homes sold last month. In addition, active listings were up as well to a total of 6,939.
