Yesterday, our team came together for our annual Volunteer Day and Employee Appreciation Day, and what a fantastic day it was!

We were proud to partner with Bridging MN, an incredible Minnesota nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families create comfortable, dignified homes as they work toward housing stability.

Our team gathered at Fōwling Warehouse Minneapolis where we worked together to assemble approximately 500 Kitchen Packs filled with essential household items for families in need throughout the Twin Cities. With Bridging distributing more than 120 kitchen packs each week when supplies are available, we know our efforts will help make a meaningful impact in our community!

After rolling up our sleeves and giving back, we had the opportunity to celebrate our amazing employees with some friendly competition, fun games, great food, and plenty of laughs!

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible team for your hard work, generosity, and commitment to making a difference. We are grateful for each of you and proud to be part of a team that values both giving back to our communities and celebrating the people who make it all possible!

Community Resource Bank was proud to sponsor and attend this year’s Women Who Care – Gather. Give. Grow. event in Faribault — a meaningful evening centered around connection, generosity, and growth.

Christina Moss Jerome, Chief Operating Officer of Community Resource Bank, had the opportunity to speak about growth — not only the importance of continuing to grow ourselves, but also supporting, encouraging, and creating opportunities for those around us to grow. When we invest in one another, that growth reaches far beyond ourselves and strengthens our workplaces, families, and communities.

The evening was a wonderful example of that spirit in action, with an incredible $11,600 raised to support the Women’s Endowment Fund and the Barb Larson Memorial Fund for HOPE Center.

We’re grateful to have been part of an evening that brought together so many women committed to supporting one another, giving back, and helping our community grow.
