Just watching clouds move up in the mountains. Nothing scary to see here with a 10 foot wide road, rain, cliffs on both sides and dirt bikes flying by you ever few minutes.

I’m not a fan of entirely trusting the data but this paints a picture and trend that lines up with all the anecdotal info that I get through my agency. Things are fragile and trending down. There will likely be plenty of investment opportunities on the horizon - “can’t wait”
