Meet Joe Gargano, one of the people behind the relationships that keep franchise deals moving.

Joe has been with IRH Capital for over 5 years, working closely with franchise brands like Jersey Mike’s, Marco’s Pizza, and Firehouse Subs. His approach is built on understanding how franchise businesses actually operate and helping owners navigate growth with clarity and confidence.

When he’s not working, Joe spends time with his family. Having grown up playing competitive baseball and assisting his father in the development of five pizza locations, he brings firsthand experience in what it takes to open, operate, and scale restaurant businesses.
