Joann would call me with updates, and I rarely ever had to call her. There was never that feeling of wondering what was going on or whether my file was even being looked at. She kept us informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated how proactive, responsive, and communicative she was. She even followed up by emailing us the details of our conversations, which made everything so much easier to keep track of and gave us peace of mind.

One of the things that meant so much to me was that when we went to closing, Joann called us personally to tell us how honored she was to have worked with us and to congratulate us on our new home.
