Bring the kids to meet special guests: Miss Rodeo Nebraska Brylee Thompson, Miss Teen Rodeo Nebraska Dakota Glasshoff, Miss Rodeo America Olivia Favero, plus five visiting queens from neighboring states.

Join us in celebrating Tyler Heiss on his 5-year anniversary with NebraskaLand Bank! Tyler’s journey with NLB began while he was still in college starting as a summer intern, and it’s been exciting to watch him grow every step of the way. Serving as a Teller, working in Personal Banking, Electronic Banking Specialist, and Credit Analyst, Tyler has gained valuable experience along the way.

Now, Tyler is beginning a new chapter as a Business Banking Associate in the Kearney Loan Department. His dedication to learning, growth, and serving our customers and community has been evident from the very start.

We’re hiring a Mortgage Loan Specialist for our Kearney branch.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource for borrowers, helping guide them through the loan process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our lending team, keep loan files organized and accurate in Encompass, and assist with consumer loan questions, underwriting, and compliance requirements.
We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years of mortgage experience who’s comfortable working in Encompass (or a similar system) and has a solid understanding of TRID, RESPA, and the overall mortgage process. Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills are a must.
