Not your average storage facility. 🏗️

Our Naranja Mixed Use project is almost complete — and it's one of those developments that really turns heads. 185,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage wrapped with 21 multifamily residential units built right into the façade.
Storage meets community. And it works beautifully. 🙌

We've done mixed-use before, but every project like this reminds us why we love pushing the boundaries of what self-storage development can look like.

Excited to celebrate the grand opening of this new self-storage facility in Haines City, a project financed through Feldman Storage Capital from concept to completion.

Our financing program helped provide the capital needed to move the project forward through construction, completion, and lease-up, bringing this approximately 90,000 GSF, three-story climate-controlled facility to life in one of Florida’s rapidly growing markets.

The completed Class A facility features modern amenities including Bluetooth-enabled access, advanced security systems, and a customer experience designed to meet today’s evolving self-storage standards.
