🚨 Fed Rate Cut Coming… But Don’t Get Your Hopes Up 🚨
The buzz is that the Fed will likely cut rates by 0.25% in September.

But here’s the catch 👉 The market already knows this. Mortgage rates have already adjusted for the expected cut.

Translation: If you’re waiting for September to see mortgage rates magically drop by another .25%, you’ll probably be disappointed.
