As a Sales Agent, you would be responsible for following up on all the company generated sales leads that you have been assigned. We make contact by phone with people looking for information about our insurance products.

Typically, a sales consultation lasts 30 - 60 minutes and the average representative will make contact with 4 to 8 clients per day. You will be paid based on sales production (commission only plus residual income and bonuses).

Sales experience is not necessary as we will train you. You will need an Insurance Producers License however no exam is necessary to obtain the license and we will help you cover the cost so long as you can meet the criteria for onboarding and training.

You will need a clean background (no felonies), an Insurance Producers License. If you do not have a license you will need to be willing to obtain one before starting however, no exam is necessary to obtain the license. (We can provide more information on this process.)

Once trained you will decide when, where, and how much you work (flexible scheduling). You can work from home (remote) or at our office located in North Little Rock.
