🏡🔑 CLOSING DAY! 🎉

Congratulations to my clients on the closing of their new home, and WELCOME TO ARKANSAS! ❤️🏡

These two trusted me to handle their mortgage from hundreds of miles away in Maine, and I’m so grateful they allowed me to be part of such a big move and exciting new chapter!

This is also the 2nd loan in the past month that I’ve been able to take from start to finish in just 15 DAYS to help my clients meet their deadline! 💪🏼⏰ When there’s a deadline, we find a way to make it happen!

📈This weeks market is a reminder that mortgage rates can shift at any time. 📈

While today’s movement isn’t what buyers were hoping for, it’s also not the worst we’ve seen over the past few years.

This is a great reminder that trying to “wait for rates to drop” can be a risky strategy. When rates do come down, more buyers typically jump back into the market. That often means increased competition, multiple-offer situations, and a shift from a buyer’s market to a seller’s market—giving sellers the advantage.

Right now, buyers may have more negotiating power, more inventory to choose from, and opportunities they may not have when rates eventually decline. And remember, interest rates can often be refinanced later, but the price you pay for a home is permanent.

Every buyer’s situation is different, so if you’re wondering whether now or later makes the most sense for you, let’s have a conversation and build a strategy that fits your goals.
