Welcome to Savi's Insurance agency, thanks for taking the time to go through this job offer, we are looking for a customer service representative who is able to do the following: Must be able to answer the telephone. Must be able to respond to customer enquires. Give gentle reminders to clients pertaining their renewals or monthly payments. Gathering information for quotes and customers monthly payments. Bilingual applicants preferred but not required. 440 license preferred but not required. insurance experience would be beneficial. Basic computer skills required.
