It has been way too long since I last posted! I think it’s safe to say we’ve all been through a lot the past couple of years. We’ve lost some great friend/family and maybe gained some.

Something I have been focusing on is making sure those I meet with understand the importance of knowing their life Insurnace policy (whether that policy is with me or another company).

✅ Do you have a life insurance policy? If you don’t, you should. If you’ve been denied there may be a way for me to help through your employer.
✅ Do you know who your beneficiary is? Do they know they are your beneficiary and who to contact if something happens to you?
✅ Is your policy going to expire soon (term life)? Can you convert it or get another policy?
✅ Did you add spouse or child(ren) riders to your policy and are there any changes that need to be made with them? Children aged out of their coverage or a marital status change?
✅ Today is the youngest you will be. Most life Insurnaces are rated by age, so get one while your still this young 😉.
✅ Did you know the Aflac accident plan has accidental death written into it? Again, it’s important to update your beneficiary!

Let’s talk about TELEMEDICINE for a minute. This is a long post but please take a moment to read (or skim through 😉) and hopefully it can bring some solutions for you, your family and others. TELEMEDICINE is a service that gives you access to a doctor 24/7 and prescription savings but you can also add some MENTAL HEALTH and DERMATOLOGY benefit.

This should really be a top subject especially right now for depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, panic disorders, life changes, etc. This is a service you can add to telemedicine plans I offer. You get up to 10 free talk therapy counseling sessions per family per year. Folks, you can do this from your own home or wherever you please! I’ve had to schedule these type of sessions for my family before and IT TOOK MONTHS to even get an appointment.

It’s got to be expensive??

I am by no means jumping on a panic bandwagon but as a benefits advisor, I do know this pandemic is starting to affect businesses and households. I also know over half of Americans have $1000 or less in the bank to help financially in the event of an accident or illness.
