So this past week I attended my first Agents Training Seminar this year.

As a small representation within a large company, we can go long periods in our individual markets without seeing many people who look like us. Coming together creates space to learn from one another, share experiences, address unique challenges, and grow together.

Beyond this training, I found new friendships, mentors, and accountability partners who will encourage me, challenge me, and help me grow. Hearing from corporate leadership and fellow agents reminded me of the importance of staying positive, connected, and knowing our voices are heard and matter.

I left with more than knowledge. I left with a stronger sense of community, a network of support, and a newfound family.

Supporting Fire Prevention Week™ in Our Community!

Today, I had the opportunity to visit the North Haven Fire Department and deliver Fire Prevention Week educational resources as part of the 10th year of collaboration between State Farm and the National Fire Protection Association® (NFPA®).

This year’s theme, “Charge Into Fire Safety™. Safe Charging Is a Superpower,” focuses on safe charging habits and helping reduce the risk of lithium-ion battery fires.

A special thank you to Deputy Chief of Administration Jeff Naples and the North Haven Fire Department crew for welcoming me and for even letting me get behind the wheel!

As a State Farm Agent, my commitment to protect extends beyond the walls of my agency. Supporting the people who educate, serve, and protect our community is part of being a Good Neighbor.
