Happy Thanksgiving from Bassine's family to yours. Remember, safety first!
To safely deep fry a turkey, always do it outdoors on a flat, level surface away from structures, ensure the turkey is completely thawed and dry, and never overfill the pot with oil. Wear protective gear like oven mitts and goggles, keep children and pets away, and have a fire extinguisher rated for grease fires nearby. Lower and raise the turkey slowly, and never leave the fryer unattended. 🦃
