school in North East or the surrounding communities. North East Welch Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial organization formed under the concept of “People Helping People”. Our mission is to provide competitive dividend rates that will encourage savings, low interest loans for borrowers, and convenient, low cost services for all our members.
