As chairs of the White Mountain Board of REALTORS® Affiliate Group this year, Rebecca and I were so excited to hand out a couple of well deserved awards at today's meeting! ✨

Brittany Hodge received this years Honorable Mention Award for all of her hard work, dedication and continuous efforts for the group. We're so grateful to have her as an affiliate and for all she does! 🩵

Kathy Sanderson was recognized as Affiliate of the Year! Kathy is always willing to lend a hand, offer support, and be a steady, positive presence in our network. She wasn't able to attend the meeting today, but her bouquet was graciously (and happily with a thumbs up 👍🏻 ) accepted by her colleague who proudly displayed it on her desk for all to see. 💐🤍

Some transactions are smooth…
and some test everything you’ve got.
This one definitely tested us.

There were unexpected hurdles, shifting timelines, and plenty of “let’s figure this out” moments along the way. It wasn’t a simple path—but the goal never changed: get to the closing table.

And today, we made it happen.

With the right team, open communication, and a commitment to pushing forward, even the toughest deals can cross the finish line.

Closing day hits different when you know how much went into getting there.

Hung out with some tough ladies from the White Mountain Board of Realtors and it's Affiliates this afternoon at Kwoon Karate Academy! 💪🏻We learned some great self defense tactics and had a lot of fun!

What a great day for this first time homebuyer to close on their new house! ❤️🏡

The sun was out, the birds were signing and we even had friend join us for the big day! ☀️ 🦋

Big shout out to Meghan from Down To Earth Real Estate for brining all the sparkle and pizzazz on the real estate side and helping Jonah find his new home! ✨ 🤗

Jonah works with LEGO's and does a lot of custom work with them. A HOME sign made out of them was only appropriate for a closing gift! ⬛️🏠
