We do not fear debt. We respect it and use it intentionally to build wealth.

Debt itself is not the risk. Time-bound obligations that require constant attention are. Every obligation reduces flexibility if it demands reaction instead of performance.

We only take on leverage when the asset can do the work without our presence. When leverage expands options instead of narrowing them, it becomes a tool, not a constraint.

There was a season where Mark and I intentionally did not grow, even though we could have.

On paper, it looked like hesitation. In reality, we were fixing weak foundational structures and pausing for market vulnerability, that growth would have exposed.

Having worked together for nearly two decades, we have learned when patience is the smarter move. Having a partner you can communicate and share goals with makes the big decisions easy and calculated risk, exciting.

The last 2 years were about exploration, patience and clarity. 2026 is about BHAG!

Complexity that felt manageable at a smaller size becomes expensive very quickly.

Chaos feels flexible in the short term, but it narrows choices quickly.
