🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: HEATHER COLLINS 🌟

We’re excited to highlight Heather Collins, one of our dedicated Account Managers who has been with us since 2008 — starting with Coutts and continuing with Van Nostran Young Coutts ever since.

Heather’s favorite part of her job is knowing she’s helping people every single day. She loves working with clients to design the best policy for their individual needs, and she enjoys being able to teach them along the way so they feel confident and informed.

Outside of the office, Heather is all about the outdoors and family time. She loves fishing, kayaking, hiking, camping, and cheering on her kids at their sports. If she can be outside or with family — that’s her happy place.

Fun fact: If she could have a pet pig, she would name it… Bacon 😂

When asked why insurance matters, Heather said it gives people peace of mind and support. When something happens, you know exactly who to call, and you can trust that we’ll take the best care of you. Sometimes, it’s the little things that make a big difference in a tough moment.

🚓🚒🌟 Last Friday, we at Van Nostran Young Coutts proudly continued our tradition of hosting the Annual First Responders’ Dinner at Dogwood Park!

It was the perfect day for a community picnic, and we were honored to welcome local active & retired first responders, their families, and friends. Members of the North Canton Police Department and North Canton Fire Department–Ohio joined us to enjoy a meal and time together.

We are sincerely grateful for the service and dedication of our first responders — and we thank our community partners like Mission BBQ and Operation Flags of Freedom for helping us make this event so meaningful.
