Farmers Insurance - Yoder Agency is seeking a customer service representative with a revenue-driven mind set. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and exhibits excellent interpersonal skills to handle client needs - in person, or over the phone. Attention to detail, follow-through and eagerness to market our products are very important in handling daily activities of the office. Good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize are a must. This position has the potential to develop into a rewarding career in insurance, with unlimited possibilities. Requirements:
• Customer service experience
• Two plus years of insurance experience preferred
• Property and Casualty Licensed (or obtain in 60 days)

Responsibilities:
• Handling customer issues and claims.
• Performing cross selling sales activities.
• Must be proficient on the computer.
• Able to attend client events
