☀️ Empire Family Picnic 2026 💛 Last Friday was one of those days that reminded me just how special our Empire team truly is.

We brought all three of our offices together, along with our families, for a beautiful afternoon at the park. We grilled, laughed, relaxed, and of course had a little competitive fun with our Empire Bean Bag Tournament! 🏆

But what meant the most to me was simply having everyone together.

Our team works incredibly hard every single day to take care of our clients, support one another, and make Empire the kind of agency I'm so proud of. Taking a day to step away from the phones and computers and just enjoy each other's company, spouses, kids and all, was pretty incredible.

I've always believed that what makes a great company isn't the building, the logo, or even the name on the door. It's the people. And I couldn't ask for a better group of people to represent Empire.

We truly are more than coworkers. We're an Empire family. 💛 And I think that's part of what makes the way we care for our clients different, too. When you walk through our doors or call one of our offices, you're not just a policy number. We want you to feel like part of our family, because that's how we believe people deserve to be treated.

To my amazing team: thank you for how hard you work, how much you care, and everything you do for Empire and our clients. I appreciate each of you more than you know. 💛

🇺🇸 In celebration of Independence Day and America's 250th anniversary, our offices will be closed on Thursday, July 3 so our team can enjoy the holiday with family and friends.

We'll resume normal business hours on Monday and look forward to serving you then.

🇺🇸 We were proud to be a sponsor of this year's Pine City Freedom Fest today and give back to our community!

A special shoutout to Lacy, Amanda, Jamie, and Brea, who volunteered their time helping families at the Bounce House and Amazing Race. 💛

A huge thank you to the Pine City Area Chamber of Commerce and all of the volunteers who work so hard to make this incredible community event possible each year. We appreciate everything you do to bring our community together!

🎶 Proud to support another great summer in our community with the City of Lindstrom! ☀️ Empire is excited to be a Double Platinum sponsor of the 2026 Harmony in the Park Summer Concert Series in Lindstrom! From tribute bands and classic rock to family theme nights and community events, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this summer.

We had such a wonderful turnout for our annual shredding event & were able to make a great donation to Lakes Center for Youth and Families to help efforts in our community! 💛 Thanks to everyone who came out to support it! 😊

A huge thank you to Empire Insurance Group, Inc. for hosting their Shred It for Youth event benefiting Lakes Center!

Thanks to their generosity and the support of everyone who came out to shred documents, Empire Insurance Group raised $1,112 to support local youth and families.

We are grateful for community partners who find creative ways to give back. This gift helps Lakes Center continue walking alongside young people and families through counseling, mentoring, school support, diversion, and community based programs.
