Today is Tuesday, June 24, 2025 and our Erie Insurance carrier is still diligently working on resolving the network issue. AS YOU AGENTS we are so grateful for your patience and understanding during this unexpected outage. Please keep texting us, calling us and following us on Facebook to stay up to date as much as possible.

Policies have not been canceled during this outage starting June 7th 2025. Payments will not process from auto debits or manual payments. All policies will stay in force and no late fees applied.

We will do our absolute best to catch up on all changes as soon as the network is back up.

ERIE is still working on getting the network back up. As your Agent we can still print ID cards for our customers' however premium changes will not be calculated until the system is restored.

Good Friday Afternoon: it's with deep sorrow that we are seeing rates going up on the Autos and Homes that we insure. Rate locking was a great business idea in 2019. However no one predicted that rates would double like they have in the last 8 months. Buying a new car or deleting a car is creating a change to your policy and causing your rates to be in year 2025 now which means between a $400 -$2000 increase!! It is a great benefit to lock in rates but when you do have to make a change in 2025 it's sticker shock!!! As your AGENTS we are trying to find ways to offset your increases. Bundling is helpful, increasing deductibles to higher amounts is helpful and adding life insurance provides a discount. Call US ASAP when you get your renewals! 610 635 1128 x4.
