I don’t post often but the client I just locked in going into the weekend was so happy with their terms that I figured sharing is caring. $450k refi with cash-out on a couple of their residential quadraplexes on a 10/20 fixed rate 7.5%with no points. It’s always nice to end the week on a good note!!!

Part of the reason I tend to utilize Facebook less often is because of the vast amount of fals information and scams. In just 30 minutes of skimming my feeds I was 3 for 3 confirming illegitimate posts. 1 with absolute false information consisting of a mix of real estate & politics; and 2 posts for investment real estate financing from users claiming to work for certain companies. The 1st post and profile disappeared after trying to confirm their validity from the user as well as reaching out to other users who provided their email addresses on the thread requesting more information. The other two scammers were confirmed by reaching out directly to the companies they claimed to be representing. Both company responses were, of course, that they had no affiliation or knowledge of the Facebook users who were advertising in an attempt to receive confidential financials of real estate investors. Beware of advertisements that claim to represent large legit companies but utilize gmail domains rather than their company domains!!! Facebook…be better.
