Hope everyone enjoyed their 4th of July. A very special thanks to the men and women that serve our country and support our community, you all do an outstanding job.

Looks like it will be a perfect weekend to fire up the grill, pour some spirits, and soak up some sun. We have a delicious line up this weekend and can't wait to get out there tomorrow.

Happy Friday to everyone! Looks like Andrea will be gone just in time for the Farmers Fare and our latest omage to swine, "Salt Pork"! If you are a fan of Sausage Craft you will undoubtedly love what Salt Pork has to offer. Their specialties range from smoked sausage, ham, and bacon as well as all things pickled.

This week at the Coastal Trading tent we will have:

Some of the best Sheepshead we have seen in a long time.

Our infamous U10 dry packed scallops.

Fresh U12 shrimp.

Middleneck Clams.

As an added bonus when you buy 2lb of any combination of seafood, we will have heirloom garlic chives, watercrest, sesame leaves, or ginko leaves at no additional charge.

Sausages for the week are:

Lamb with rosemary and garlic

Cerdito -Cuban inspired pork shoulder with a citrus zest.

Chorizo

Carmalina -with a rare Italian chili.

Pork belly -which will cover all of your breakfast bases!

We will also have a limited supply of Jowl Bacon from Salt Pork. Pre orders are always welcome and will ensure you get exactly what you came to the market for!

Hope everyone is looking forward to another great market this weekend. We were all happy to see some new faces last week and very thankful to see the people that have continued to support Coastal Trading! We have a great line up this week Eastern Shore oysters and clams will be available also local muscles will be available. Our hearty U10 dry packed scallops will also be on be on the table. Hand cased sausages this week will include Sage links, asian bbq, lamb, cerdito, and saturday night made with local beer. We are also offering some of our produce to compliment your dishes Korean chives and water crest will be available. As for the catch of the day you'll have to stop by to see what the watermen of Virginia have brought us. Hope you all have an excellent day.
