EF Capital Our current operating model began in February of 2016, on our multi-family test asset.

We analyzed the performance of the latest technology for short term rentals versus the traditional long term lease approach for that asset and realized an increase in revenue of 124% over the year. From then, we have begun scaling our model, growing from our 4 unit test asset in 2016 to 35 units thus far in 2017.
