This is a full-time position with a pay range of $13-$20 depending on experience

Regular business hours: 9 am to 6 pm

**What You’ll Do:**

Answer customer’s phone calls, text and emails

Communicating with insurance carriers

Underwriting, scanning, documenting, organizing

Assist in sale and maintenance of insurance policies, along with helping guide customers with payments, billings issues, policy changes and recommendations.

Learn and grow in an ever-growing environment.

**Who You Are:**

A high school diploma or GED equivalent

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Must be computer literate

Willing to be a team player and reliable

You’re resilient, coachable, and can adapt to change as needed

Your own transportation and legal documents to work in the US.

Clean background check

Drug-Free

We are seeking an Insurance Agency Associate to join our team!
You would be helping us maintain and expand the company's book of business by working with various types of insurance policies for new and existing clients.

** MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish/English, written and spoken) **

What you'll do:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and agency partners

- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients

- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs

- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques

- Comply with insurance standards and regulations

- Track and identify areas of improvement

- Become an insurance generalist with a specialization in Commerical insurance lines.

Who you are:
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English, Written and Spoken)

- 2+ years of work experience in a customer/client-facing role

- Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred, but not required)

- Strong communication skills - the ability to communicate accurately and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills

- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients

- Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms such as Microsoft Office, Matrix, and Outlook

- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Able to work every other Saturday (preferred)
