Closing out a chapter with two of my best friends. 🥹🏡❤️

Four years ago, I had the privilege of helping them buy this home, and now I got to help them sell it. And whew… this one was a bit of a doozy! 😳The market has changed A LOT in four years, but with their trust in me, a lot of patience, and a whole lot of hard work, we got it DONE! 🙌🏽

It feels fitting that one of my last transactions for a while gets to be with people I love. I’m stepping away from real estate for this season (although I’ll still take care of my close friends and family 😉), and I’m incredibly grateful to close this chapter on such a special note.
