This year for Boss’s Day, I asked my team to do something a little different. Instead of gifts, I asked them to share a meaningful message about how my leadership has impacted them, something they’ve learned from me, or what they appreciate most about being part of the team.

And let me just say, some of these responses really touched me! 🥹🖤💛

As a leader, you don’t always realize the impact you’re making on others. Sometimes, a few words of appreciation mean more than any gift ever could.

Here are just a few of the responses I received. ❤️

I’m truly grateful for my team and the opportunity God has given me to lead them. We’re building something bigger than just a business! 💪🏽♾️

🖤💛 HAPPY NATIONAL BOSS’S DAY! 💛🖤

Today, we take a moment to celebrate the man behind the vision, our Founder & CEO, Clarence West Jr., MBA! 🎉

Being a boss is one thing, but being a leader who believes in others, creates opportunities, and pushes his team to be better is something different!

From humble beginnings to building a brand that continues to grow, his dedication, hard work, and commitment to serving others never go unnoticed.

On behalf of the Infinity Financial team, we thank you for your leadership, your sacrifices, and most importantly, for believing in the vision even when the journey isn’t easy!

Happy Boss’s Day to our CEO! 🥳🖤💛
