Walmart is emailing Marketplace sellers about a required Certificate of Insurance, and those emails are landing in junk folders constantly. Sellers are getting suspended over a message they never saw.

Here is the part that surprises people: being insured is not the same as being compliant. If your COI is not uploaded in Seller Center, Walmart can still suspend your account, even with an active policy.

Big news. I was just featured in Sheconomy Magazine for the June 2026 edition.
The article is called "The Strategy Hiding Inside Every 'No,'" and it tells the story most people in insurance never hear. I built Ashlin Hadden Insurance on the rooms other brokers walked out of.
Sexual wellness brands. Supplement and ingestable companies. Ecommerce and TikTok Shop sellers. The businesses everyone else said no to are the ones I said yes to.
