This is a friendly reminder to everyone who is required to file the BOI reporting information. If you are the owner of a business, please make sure of your requirements. You may or may not be required to report. BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reporting deadline for Companies is coming soon. If you need help with the filing, give us a call! The penalties are pretty salty if the reporting is not done.

Some businesses must report certain information on their beneficial owners to the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

As many of you know, I was born and raised in North Carolina.
It hurts my heart so bad to see all of the news and hear from friends or family how awful it really is down there, right now.
This is not a political post, however it is far worse than what the media is showing it to be. Hurricane Helene obviously did some pretty big damage. Some irreparable. To families, homes and towns. To thousands of people’s lives. Some people unfortunately aren’t even eligible for the WNC government assistance.
Even though this has not affected me directly, North Carolina will always be my home. And where all of my family is as well.

So with all of that being said, if anyone would like to donate money or any types of supplies needed, please feel free to bring here or you can Venmo me and I will send it to someone down there helping with all of this.

**Nixa Office Open House**

We moved to a new office earlier this year and are excited to invite you to an open house so you can see our new digs. The open house will be held at our Nixa office on September 25th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
