🌿 NOW HIRING — FULL-TIME PROJECT ESTIMATOR 🌿
Twins Landscape Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated Project Estimator to join our team in Nipomo, California.
This is a full-time position for someone who understands landscape construction, can read plans, perform accurate takeoffs, and help us bid residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing landscape and construction plans
• Performing material and labor takeoffs
• Preparing detailed project estimates and proposals
• Soliciting and comparing supplier/subcontractor pricing
• Estimating irrigation, planting, concrete, pavers, grading, drainage, demolition, and other landscape scopes
• Reviewing bid documents, specifications, and addendums
• Tracking upcoming bids and deadlines
• Working directly with management and project teams
• Helping identify and pursue new commercial bidding opportunities
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has landscape or construction estimating experience
• Can confidently read plans and specifications
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Understands labor, equipment, material, overhead, and profit calculations
• Is comfortable using computers and estimating software
• Communicates professionally with contractors, vendors, and clients
• Has a valid driver’s license
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
