I always say , and I truly LOVE working along The Emerald Coast for so many reasons. One of them is the awesome military families I get to work with! My last few closings have happened to all be VA loans, and I love it!

What a wonderful way to start the week! VA closing for these stellar first-time homebuyers who went above and beyond throughout the loan process. They couldn't have made working for them anymore of a pleasure!

📅 Tuesday I get a text from a previous client telling me she's giving my contact information to some family in CA looking to buy a second home in FL.

📃 Tuesday night their online application comes over.

📧 Wednesday borrowers provide income and asset verification and loan prequalification is sent to their realtor.

📅 Thursday @ 7 am contract is received.

🤔 Thursday borrowers deciding on most advantageous loan terms for their situation, advise title will be taken in a trust, and that they will be out of the country on scheduled closing day.

✔️ Thursday afternoon all details are ironed out and we move closing up to less than three weeks to accommodate travel plans.

📅 Friday morning my processor submits the file into underwriting (that was only able to happen so quickly because the borrowers and I worked together to get everything upfront)!

🥳 Friday afternoon we have conditional loan approval with NO additional borrower items needed!

Almost time for 🌞 ⛱️ vacations in your own home!

I was able to attend my first in-person closing of 2026 yesterday. 🥳

They were wonderful to work with from start to finish and have great plans to make their first home truly THEIR home. They were meticulous in planning, and their strategy paid off! It's not often that first-time homebuyers are this well prepared.
